Suj's Kitchen

Suj’s Kitchen, in its current physical incarnation, is a lovely 80 square foot circa-semi modern sort of half-galley kitchen with 2 counters, stove, fridge, chequered gray floor , a noisy window at the end to the shared garden below and lots of Red colour appearing everywhere.

What you’ll get in Suj’s Kitchen is: A lot of comfort foods stepped up a bit, things like lovely Asian food, African selections, cookies, soups, stews, appetizers, semi-complex dinners and lovely birthday cakes made entirely from scratch.  Something for everyone-after all, variety is the spice of life. Perhaps tutorials on everything from how to poach an egg to how to make dough’s that don’t shrink up on you, but also favourite dishes that take less than five to ten minutes to make.

What I’m weary of is: Excessively fussy foods and/or pretentious ingredients. I don’t do truffles or caviar, most certainly due to the cost or single-origin chocolate that can only be found through Posh Nosh-approved food purveyors. I think food should be accessible, and that you don’t need any over the top posh things to cook fantastically.
